Protection of personal information

In connection with the new personal data policy, which came into force on 25 May 2018, we can state that we respect and protect our customers, our suppliers, our employees and the information they entrust to us in our cooperation. We will at all times process your company / personal information securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable law - including the Personal Data Ordinance and the Data Protection Act.

The information will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected and will be deleted when this purpose has been fulfilled or is no longer relevant - or upon request.

All our IT data is securely stored and taken care of by a professional IT company.

Information for our customers / suppliers about personal data in our IT file

When trading with Højgård Planteskole / Nursery, we only collect the company information and personal information necessary in connection with trade, quotation, order, delivery note and invoicing, including company name, owner, contacts, address, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address, web-site and VAT-number - all information which is also a requirement from the Danish Tax Authorities. This information applies to both debtors and creditors.

The information is used to identify you / your company and to be able to deliver the goods you as a debtor have bought from Højgård Planteskole / Nursery. The information is securely stored and stored in our IT system, so we can easily and quickly find information on which plants you have ordered also those from previous years, i.e., to be able to live up to the Ministry of the Environment and Food, the Danish Nature Agency's requirements for plant provenance.

We retain information for as long as is permitted or required by law.

We do not pass on our customer’s company or personal information to third parties. You can at any time be informed of what information we have about you or your company, demand changes or deletion of information.

Højgård Planteskole / Nursery does not have a web shop and we do not use cookies on our websites.

Information about personal data in connection with dispatch of newsletters, etc.

Højgård Planteskole / Nursery collects name and e-mail for use in marketing digital services, including newsletters.

Our data processor for newsletters is Mailchimp, with whom we have entered into a data processor agreement, as a guarantee that they comply with applicable data protection rules.

We retain information for as long as is permitted or required by law.

We do not pass on our customer’s company or personal information to third parties.

You can at any time be informed of what information we have about you or your company, demand changes or delete information.
