Habit: Large shrub, small tree 5-9 m. high.
Foliage
: Elliptic to ovate, finely serrated, 4-7 cm long with distinctive curved nerves
.
Flower: Yellow-green 2-5 together in tassels, fragrant, inconspicuous, 4-tallige with yellow-green petals.  black, juicy stone fruits.
Site: Shade tolerant, hardy, lig
ht demanding and otherwise no special requirements, however, thrives best in a soil that is not too wet.
Use: Windbreaks, solitary, forest etc.
